What supplies do I bring?
Bring the exact approved supply kit: vacuum, microfiber cloths, mop system, all-purpose cleaner, glass cleaner, bathroom disinfectant, scrub brush, trash bags, gloves, and any required add-on tools listed in your job details.
What if a customer is rude or makes me uncomfortable?
Leave immediately if you feel unsafe. Contact management right away. Document exactly what happened inside the job notes and upload photos if relevant.
What if I arrive and the home is in worse condition than expected?
Take clear photos before starting. Notify management immediately. Do not begin heavy-duty work unless it is approved and documented.
What if I am running late?
Notify management immediately. Never arrive late without communication. We maintain 95% reliability standards.
What if the customer asks for extra work not on the checklist?
