About Us

Spotlise Wype LLC was created June 9, 2025, and is now doing business as (DBA) Neat Necessary Cleaning. The company originally launched under the name “Spotlise Wype LLC,” but the owners girlfriend at the time said “It sounds like you’re trying to wipe somebody’s A**.” Taking the honest feedback the name was changed to Neat Necessary Cleaning on June 18, 2025.

Shortly after that Spotlise Wype LLC was registered in Montana along with Neat Necessary Cleaning as the assumed business name on July 15, 2025.
